| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, we handle your order through regular email. We do ship globally everyday so your country should be listed.

| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose PayPal, Visa or MasterCard and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. All items are in Canadian Funds. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We ship all international orders by world wide express. This method of shipping takes 4-9 days for delivery and it comes with a tracking number. All the lock pick sets can be shipped as a small package and will only cost about $15.00 to ship. Other items like the pick guns and tubular picks cost a lot more due to their size. Please remember that you might have to pay duties on these items when they arrive. All items are in stock and orders are shipped the same day if placed before 3pm EST
